Guests can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the first night’s rate.

In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate difference.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds apply only to bookings that meet the cancellation terms stated in our Cancellation Policy.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused nights.

In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters or emergencies), refund requests will be reviewed individually.

Any service fees charged by third-party booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) are non-refundable.

Reservation Guarantee – All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method (credit card, transfer, or deposit).

Occupancy – Rooms are for the number of guests specified at booking. Extra guests may attract additional charges.

Rates & Taxes – All room rates are quoted per night and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

No-Show – Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be charged according to the policy.

Liability – The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings; guests are advised to use in-room safes where provided.
